Policy & procedure
Policies shape what a patient experiences and how it feels when it happens.
Our Hosted PFACs give eligible organizations and project teams access to lived-experience feedback that can help strengthen patient-facing materials, policies and procedures, surveys, quality improvement efforts, research, planning, and more.
You bring us the work. MoMMAs Voices manages the process. Our Hosted PFAC brings the perspective.
Most teams already have something in progress that patients and families will read, use, or feel. These are the areas where lived-experience perspective tends to help most.
Policies shape what a patient experiences and how it feels when it happens.
Anything a patient or family reads, watches, or follows after they leave the room.
The questions you ask, and what you do with the answers.
Work that is still taking shape, where perspective can shape it early.
MoMMAs Voices currently facilitates three Hosted PFACs. Access is based on the contract supporting each council, so eligibility differs. Find the one that may apply to you.

If your team is developing something patients and families will read, experience, participate in, respond to, or be affected by, bring their perspective into the work before it is finalized.
Listen. Partner. Improve.
