The goal of the MoMMA's Voices Summit is to provide the most current resources, tools, training, and education to leaders from the maternal health patient advocate community.

Your contribution directly supports patient advocates and volunteers by equipping them with the information, tools, and resources necessary to advance the maternal health space. Together we can eliminate maternal mortality and morbidity.

Your donation supports educational programs by helping moms get the information they need for the healthiest pregnancy outcome possible. Your visible commitment will put education into the hands of the numerous "champions for change."

The Drury Plaza Disney Springs is easily accessible from Orlando International Airport - MCO (17.2 miles) as well as from all major expressways.

Discounted self-parking $12.00 per vehicle; per night

ACCOMMODATIONS

Drury Plaza Disney Springs is at 2000 Hotel Plaza Boulevard, Orlando and is within walking distance to Disney Springs.

Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-325-0720 under group number 10038257. Discounted rate is available 3 days before and after the event.

You will receive a group rate of $179/per night for standard rooms. Rooms are on a first-come, first-serve basis, so reserve early.

Guests are encouraged to make reservations prior to October 2, 2023 as this is the cutoff date for the room block.

Scholarships

We admire the efforts of all who work to bring a voice to maternal mortality and morbidity and especially those who do so in spite of considerable personal obstacles. In this spirit, we offer a limited number of scholarships to cover registration cost and travel expenses for those facing financial need, but still wishing to attend. While we wish we could serve every need, our resources are limited but we do want to try and meet those we can.

If you are in need of a scholarship, please complete the questionnaire below.

We will fulfill as many scholarships for registration as we are able to until funds are depleted.

Q: What if I an unable to make it after I registered? Can I get a refund?

A: We understand that circumstances might change unexpectedly. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for registration, but we can transfer to another person. Also, if you make hotel reservations, please contact the hotel directly to change your reservation.
