Champion Activity Reporting

For patient advocates to share what types of activities they have been doing on an ongoing basis. Feel free to come back and share as often as you like!

The information submitted here will be used for reporting the collective impact made by all maternal health advocates in the US.  Data collected and reported externally, will be aggregate from all information collected.


The data collected will be used for:

  • Annual reports

  • Reporting and sharing with key stakeholders and policymakers for maternal health 

  • Showcase success on social media, websites, newsletters and presentations

  • Invitations to participate in training webinars

  • Metrics to secure additional funding for the coalition

  • Spur engagement from other advocates

  • Development of future training
